International Terms & Condition
The below applies only if you purchased your products directly from KEPPOP and you’re located outside of Thailand, for Thailand customers do refer to Thailand T&C.
For International buyers, shipping cost is NOT included in the product price.
Cancellation
- All prices are quoted in USD (US Dollar) unless otherwise stated.
- Customers are expected to complete payment remaining within 2 weeks upon notification by KEPPOP.
- Due to limited product quantity, the order will be fulfilled on the payment completion date as first completed first serve.
- No returns policy. All products sold are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable for other products.
- The final release date of the product is subject to delays by manufacture or quality factors.
- KEPPOP will ship the products only to the original buyer. Proxies or representatives will not be entertained.
- Purchases are only refundable or transferable to another product if KEPPOP cancels your order.
Shipping & Custom Tax
- Your order will be shipped after 7 business days after payment has been confirmed
- The cost of shipping will be calculated on the final checkout page for customers when customer completed their shipping address.
- Shipping prices are all set and obtained from various shipping companies. E.G: DHL, FEDEX, UPS, etc.
- KEPPOP does not determine or set the shipping prices to your country, shipping prices are determined by shipping companies’ rates which are calculated out by product parcel size & weight.
- Before buying, customer should check and confirm whether KEPPOP product is allowed to be sold and shipped to their mailing address.
- No freight forwarder or PO Box addresses will be entertained. KEPPOP reserves the right to cancel and forfeit any orders whose shipping addresses are not compliant with our delivery terms.
- Custom Tax & VAT are based on individual customer country law, KEPPOP will not be held liable for any custom tax or vat charged to the customer upon arrival of the parcel.
- Customers are advised to check with the local authority in regards to this matter before any purchase.
Damaged Products
- Limited Warranty of 7 days from date of receiving against any defects. Limited Warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- To obtain warranty service, you must contact us within the Limited Warranty period with photo proof of the issue & condition of the package upon arrival. KEPPOP will review and provide the ideal solution.
- If any item is damaged in transit we will first seek to replace the item at no cost to the customer. If there are no replacements, the customer can:
- Return the damaged item and receive a 100% refund (return shipping cost bear by sender).
- As with all hand-crafted products, no two pieces of products are exactly the same; there are bound to be slight differences or minor imperfections (defined as non-visible in normal usage or viewing conditions). Serious defects are defined as;
- Obvious visible cracks, chips, paint scratches (From a distance)
- Missing parts or pieces
Lost orders
- If your order is lost during transit, a full refund will be returned to the customer.
- If the customer wishes to have the lost item KEPPOP provides a replacement will be based on our inventory availability.
